Since 2016 The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) has been introducing their new 3 tier Quality Management qualifications and phasing out the existing Level 3 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma in Quality Management. Midland’s training provider Temple QMS has had great success in supporting over 600 CQI learners to achieve the Level 3 and Level 5 awards since the 2010 syllabus was first introduced.
Now the transition period to the new qualifications is complete, their high standard of training provision continues with the Foundation, Practitioner and professional level courses.
The CQI is the professional body for experts in improving product, project and service quality. For more than 100 years, they have championed organisational excellence by setting professional standards for quality management in the UK and globally, offering globally recognised qualifications that are essential for any Quality Assurance practitioner or ambitious leader. Temple QMS supported all students to maximise their potential by providing dedicated support and guidance throughout their course.
As a result of these courses, students were fully trained in the aims, objectives and benefits of quality management and business improvement techniques.
Bob Hughes from Temple QMS said: “The CQI qualifications have had a real part to play in supporting quality professionals to drive best in class within organisations, also offering a unique status with a clear route to obtaining CQI membership and a prestigious, internationally recognised qualification in Quality Management. For Temple QMS, having such excellent success rates, learner retention and customer satisfaction is a fantastic achievement for the organisation as an Approved Training Partner. Our organisation is here to drive standards of excellence and the feedback we have had from the trainees and their employers has been exactly that. We know the learning and development world is changing with current restrictions, and we’ve been able to adapt to new processes, technology and deliver the standard we’re known for.”
The new courses Temple QMS offer include:
