Driving Innovation in Apprenticeships

We are thrilled to reveal that Temple Management Training has been officially approved to deliver four brand-new, high-demand apprenticeship programmes. We are bridging the skills gap in vital areas including:

  • Fire Safety Advisor (Level 3)

  • Quality Practitioner (Level 4)

  • Improvement Specialists (Levels 3 through 6)

  • Supply Chain (Levels 2 and 3)

These programmes allow learners to apply their training directly to the workplace through real-world improvement projects.

Team Spotlights: Meet the Experts

Our December edition introduces several key team members who are driving standards of excellence:

  • Rani Ram (Quality Consultant): Joining us in early 2024, Rani brings a strong background in Facilities Management and a "natural flair" for ISO 45001 Health & Safety risks.

Roz Powell (Quality Consultant): Our newest expert, Roz has over 12 years of experience across manufacturing, construction, and logistics, specializing in ISO 9001 and 14001.

Bernie Higgins (Fire Safety Lead): A decorated Gold Commander with 30 years of frontline Fire Service experience, Bernie is leading our Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor Apprenticeship.

Chloe Treadwell (Business & Administration Apprentice): Chloe represents the next generation of quality leaders, helping coordinate daily operations while aspiring to be a role model for women in the industry.

Celebrating Success & Community

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the JCB delegates who recently completed their CQI and IRCA Practitioner modules. Their dedication to continuous improvement is a testament to the effectiveness of our training programs.

Beyond the office, Temple has been active in the community. We supported sixteen-year-old Betsy Lewis on a life-changing volunteer expedition to Cambodia , and our team raised £450 for Save The Children during our festive Christmas Jumper Day.

Looking Ahead to 2026

The world of compliance never stands still. Our newsletter provides essential updates on:

  • ISO 9001:2025 Revision: New refinements focusing on climate integration, ethics, and "quality culture".

  • ISO 27001: Why robust information security is now a "non-negotiable ticket to trade" following major UK cyber events.

  • New Standards: Insights into upcoming training for BS 99001 (Built Environment), ISO 20121 (Event Sustainability), and ISO 42001 (AI Management).

Happy Holidays from Temple!

Please note our offices will be closed from Tuesday, 23rd December and will reopen on Monday, 5th January. We wish you a wonderful festive season and look forward to making 2026 a year of impact together.
