Register Now: The Birmingham IWD 2026 ‘Give to Gain’ Networking Event
Imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. A world where difference is not just tolerated, it is valued and celebrated.
As we approach International Women’s Day 2026, Temple Management Training is looking back at a staggering milestone: 116 years of global action. Since 1911, IWD has belonged to everyone who believes that gender equality is not a "women’s issue", but a business and societal imperative.
For 2026, we are moving beyond conversation. Our theme this year is Give to Gain.
The Power of Reciprocity
The philosophy is simple but transformative. When we give our support, our mentorship and our advocacy, we do not just help one individual; we gain a stronger, more innovative and more resilient professional landscape.
On Thursday 5th March, we are gathering at Primitivo, Birmingham, to turn this philosophy into practice.
A Toolkit for the Year Ahead
This is not just another networking breakfast. We have curated a lineup of industry trailblazers to ensure you walk away with a "Centre of Excellence" toolkit for your own career and organisation:
Bridging the Gen Z Gap: Chloe Treadwell will challenge the "lazy" stereotype, showing us how Gen Z is actually redefining productivity and how cross-generational dialogue can empower women at every stage.
Psychological Safety: Lynn Smith (Stellar Mind) will provide the frameworks needed to build inclusive, neurodiverse and mentally healthy workplaces.
The HR Vanguard: Sian Collin brings 20 years of expertise to the table, advocating for the flexible policies that allow women, including working mums, to thrive.
Championing Diversity: Denise Myers (Evenfields), a powerhouse in DEI, will share insights on inclusive hiring and dismantling employment discrimination.
Making it a "Giving Day"
At Temple Management Training, we believe IWD should be one of the biggest GIVING DAYS of the year. We are calling on our community to nominate and support women-focused charities, turning the visibility of this 116th anniversary into tangible, life-changing support.
Join Us in Birmingham
The next 116 years of equity start with the actions we take today. Whether you are a senior leader, an emerging talent or an ally for change, your presence is the "Give" that helps us all "Gain".
