Chartered Membership Pathway (CMILT)
Successful completion of this qualification meets the educational requirements for Chartered Member grade of CILT(UK), allowing learners to use the designatory letters CMILT after their name. To attain this grade, members must also possess five years' experience in the industry, two of which must be at a senior level.
