Celebrating Success: CQI and IRCA Graduation at Leonardo
We're delighted to share some wonderful news, a Temple Management Training cohort has recently completed their CQI and IRCA Certified Programme, and we had the pleasure of marking the occasion with a graduation celebration at the Leonardo site in Edinburgh.
A milestone worth celebrating
Completing a structured professional development programme alongside the demands of a busy working life is no small feat. Our cohort at Leonardo worked through both the CQI and IRCA Foundation Modules and the CQI and IRCA Practitioner Modules — a significant body of learning that covers everything from process management and risk to stakeholder communications and continuous improvement.
To everyone who completed the programme: your dedication and commitment throughout has been genuinely inspiring, and this qualification is a testament to the effort you've put in.
What the programme covers
The CQI and IRCA Certified courses are independently assessed by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) — two of the most respected professional bodies in quality management. Temple is proud to be an approved training partner for both organisations.
The Foundation Modules introduce core quality principles — including problem solving, risk management, change management, and management systems — while the Practitioner Modules build on these with more advanced skills in areas such as managing process performance, supply chains, customer excellence, and quality planning. Together, they represent a comprehensive grounding in modern quality management practice.
