Temple Expands International Partnership Following Visit to JCB India
Temple Quality Management Systems Ltd has taken another significant step in its international growth journey following a successful visit to JCB India’s headquarters, where discussions focused on expanding quality and core tools training across the organisation’s operations.
Already a trusted training provider for JCB UK, Temple currently supports the manufacturer with quality and core tools training designed to strengthen workforce capability, support continuous improvement, and maintain high operational standards.
The recent engagement in India represents an exciting opportunity to extend that expertise into new international markets.
Managing Director Jaz Tanwar travelled to India as part of the visit, alongside Temple tutor Swapnil Gujrathi, who is based in India.
During the trip, they met with JCB India representatives Jaijeet Gupta and Sanjay Kathuria to explore how Temple’s accredited and bespoke training programmes could support JCB India’s ongoing quality and skills development initiatives.
Supporting Global Standards Through Local Collaboration
Discussions throughout the visit centred on quality systems, core tools training, and practical applications within manufacturing environments.
The conversations also focused on how training programmes can help drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and workforce development across JCB India’s teams, while remaining aligned with the organisation’s global quality standards.
The visit provided an opportunity for Temple to showcase its international delivery capabilities and demonstrate how its tailored approach to training can support businesses operating across multiple regions and teams.
Importantly, the discussions have already resulted in positive progress towards delivering Temple’s first training cohort in India, marking what the company describes as an important milestone in its international expansion strategy.
