CQI Event: Quick Response Quality Control at Valeo

The Birmingham branch of the CQI is teaming up with Valeo, based in Redditch to present its forward thinking management approach to Valeo’s mindset of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) . It is combining management and attitude in order to solve a simple and logical way the production and functional problems.

The automotive supplier and strategic partner of to all automakers worldwide, is the leading supplier of the latest in cutting-edge technologies – their commitment is to care for its customers. The team have an innovative approach and will talk about the mindset to problem solve and how Valeo use the QRAP board to stop at first defect and monitor – track problems following the 5W2H methodology.

This will be a superb opportunity to help us all in ensuring mechanisms are in place to assure customer service is in place, assist us in a responsive and competitive approach – listening and joining in a style “to be better” in providing state-of-the-art tactic in providing a consistent maintained high level of customer service, increasing customer retention and a value-added approach to efficiency, bringing quality into what we now expect – excellence.
