The content will be based on problem solving and the model DMAIC used within Six Sigma and how it can be used and adapted many areas and how this is linked to other tools like QRQC, PDCA, 5 WHYS and 8D etc.
The DMAIC methodology consists of five phases, namely, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control. These phases form the pillars of the DMAIC framework, allowing us to improve an existing business function or an entire organization to achieve improvement and effectiveness.
