Due to changes announced by CQI and IRCA we must make you aware that:

In order to accurately record the delegates that they are certifying, CQI and IRCA now require that we provide them with your contact details (name, surname and email address).

Temple Management Training have been assured by CQI and IRCA that delegate data will be handled and stored confidentially and securely, and that any marketing communications between CQI and IRCA and you will be limited to the promotion of CQI and IRCA and their qualifications programmes, and that this will be strictly on an opt-in basis.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0121 779 3337

Frequently asked questions:

How do I know which course is right for me?

Each level is mapped against The CQI Competency Framework.

Foundation courses are the first level of courses. They are for people who are new to quality or auditing, or work in other professions.

Practitioner courses are for those who are currently practising quality or auditing and are in or aspire towards middle management.

Please get in touch and one of our team will contact you to give you the advice and guidance that will help you with selecting the right course.

Do you offer CQI & IRCA Training in-house or have public courses?

Yes, we offer these courses in-house *subject to delegate numbers.

Alternatively, you have the choice to join any of our public courses or request a tailored training course (designed to meet your specific requirements) delivered in-house. See ‘Upcoming’ courses for further details or contact us direct to discuss your requirements.

When can I start my course?

For supported distant learning – there are no set start dates or tight schedules – everything is shaped around you.

As the courses are distance learning therefore you can start at a time that best suits you.

How long will the courses take me to complete?

Each course has guided learning hours and we have designed each course based around these.

Foundation: 16 hours (indicative), approximately 4 weeks

Practitioner: 24 hours (indicative), approximately 8 weeks

These are typical durations, but are dependent on your individual circumstances and the time you can commit to study.

Can I enrol on-line?

We want to make sure that you enrol on the right course, that it adds value and also that you have every chance of success!

This is best achieved through a one-to-one discussion. Contact us – so a member of our team can fully understand your objectives and previous learning experience.

Can I pay for my course in instalments?

Yes, please contact us so we can set up the best payment plan option for you or your organisation based on your requirements.
